Are there any condo projects in Wenatchee, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

Yes, there are several condo projects in Wenatchee. Prices range from $95,000 - over $600,000. Most of the lower priced condos are conversions. The only condos ON a golf course are at Crescent Bar about 30 miles south of Wenatchee (near Quincy). There are some condos across the street from the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club. Wenatchee is relativey small, so anything in Wenatchee or East Wenatchee is going to be close to golf and a plethora of other recreational activities.
